For technical issues, email dl-isc@thehutgroup.com with your tenant name, environment, and the details below. We aim to acknowledge within one business day.

Both environments expose an unauthenticated health check you can poll or open in a browser:

A 200 OK means the API is reachable and serving. If the health check is green but try-on generation still fails, it’s almost always one of the issues below rather than an outage.

Please do not open a public issue for security problems. Email dl-isc@thehutgroup.com with SECURITY in the subject line and a description of the vulnerability, the affected endpoint, and reproduction steps. We’ll acknowledge receipt and keep you updated through to a fix.
